We understand that the first question that expatriate employees have in this regard is - "what about me". In this context, we wish to emphasize our appreciation for the role of expatriate employees, both in maintaining the operations of our company and in furthering our Qatarization initiatives. In support of this statement, we paraphrase the comments of His Excellency, the Deputy Premier and Minister of the Oil and Energy Industry, Minister Al-Attiyah who has stated; "We appreciate the role of expatriates as partners supporting the Qatarization process. Expatriates who have contributed favorably to our Qatarization drive are seen as valuable members of our workforce. Wherever possible, we will continue to employ those high performing expatriates in new business developments and expansions in the Energy & Industry Sector".
